Return and refund policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at ESTILOREIWA, which is why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • The return or exchange request must not exceed 7 days from the receipt of the original order.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of use, and must not have been resized or modified in any way.

  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping method. Returns or exchanges without a tracking number will not be processed.

  • Important: Do not send your return to the address shown on the package, as it is not our return address and this will affect the processing of your refund.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used or sent as replacements/exchanges cannot be returned again.


Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Start your return/exchange request
Email us at estiloreiwa@.com with your order number. Our customer service team will evaluate eligibility for refunds and exchanges and send you a “Return & Exchange Authorization.”

Step 2: Ship the product back
Once our team has approved your request and provided you with the return/exchange address, you must initiate the return/exchange within 3 business days, following our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation to ensure delivery. If the item is returned without a tracking number and is lost during transit, the customer will be responsible and no refund will be issued.

Step 3: Refund or exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and then proceed with the replacement (for exchanges) or issue the refund.


Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receiving, inspecting, and confirming the item.

Important: Even if you received free or discounted shipping, we cover the original shipping cost for every order, so the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


Refund Policy for Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the courier and returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for undeliverable packages.

Packages may be considered undeliverable for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Refusal to accept the package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package during delivery attempts.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to provide instructions for reshipping. The customer will then have the option to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent.


Refunds for Gift Card Purchases

Products purchased with a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card. If you no longer have the original gift card, please contact us at estiloreiwa@.com for assistance.

Note: Gift cards are non-refundable, regardless of their usage status.
